General Information
• A warm-season turfgrass with very fine texture and bright green color.
• Use up to 50% less water for irrigation than Bermudagrass.
• Use up to 75% less nitrogen for fertilization than Bermudagrass.
• Extremely salt tolerant. Salt may be used as herbicide.
• Irrigate with varied quality water. Potable, effluent, reclaimed, even seawater under the right conditions,
  may be used as an irrigation source.
• Deep, thick root mass provides excellent drought tolerance.
• Cold hardiness.
• Shade tolerance, does well in cloudy weather.
• Withstands prolonged wet conditions.
• Tolerates varied soil pH levels and soil types.

Golf
• Use tee-to-green with just one grass to manage.
• Tolerates a wide range of mowing heights, below .100-inch to about 4-inches.
